Chris has been working in hospitality for 7 years. Five of these were spent in London, where after a year at various restaurants and cocktails bars he cut his teeth as head bartender and later manager at Camden’s Lockside Lounge. Chris organises a monthly North London drinks competition and can currently be found behind the stick at The Zetter Townhouse.
