Hannah Lanfear is one of the key Spirits Educators at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust school in London and additionally is the founder of The Mixing Class, a company dedicated to education and research within the drinks industry. She was a member of the Tanqueray Ten Martini Guild; winner of the London heat of Bartender Mastermind; and GVine’s Gin Connoisseurs’ Programme World Finalist 2013, holds the IDB General Certificate in Distilling, and is BAR 5 certified.
