Jane Ryan has been working in bars since she was 18, from pulling schooners in Sydney to turning tables in London. After studying journalism she turned to a career in politics reporting before returning to hospitality, starting out at CLASS magazine and Difford's Guide. From there she launched DrinkUp.London and also currently works at Satan's Whiskers.
