After starting out bartending in some of Edinburgh's top cocktail bars, Stef moved to London and was a bar manager at the Groucho Club. In 2008 she became the UK Brand Ambassador for El Dorado Rum and after taking home the UK Brand Ambassador Award at Golden Rum Barrel Awards in 2010 she took on the Global Brand Ambassador role.
