This Thursday we find out who will be joining the Scotland and North of England winners on a plane to Nicaragua in March for the UK final.
The standard in the previous two heats has been exceptional and a quick look at the finalists in the Southern heat suggests the final group are going to keep this trend alive.
The heat will be taking place at The Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town in London from 1pm and Flor de Cana are inviting you down to watch, support and enjoy the competition and will be ensuring that plenty of Flor de Cana cocktails will be flowing to keep you well watered.
The victor will be joining the winner of the Northern Heat, Amanjot Johl from Le Truc in Birmingham and the winner of the Scotland Heat, Russell Downie from Tigerlily in Edinburgh, on an all-expenses paid trip to the home of Flor de Cana, Nicaragua, to battle it out for the national title.
