Competition Entry Deadline: July 7th, 2017
The Chairman’s Reserve Mai Tai comp made its debut last year, coming to an al fresco climax at Roundabout Bar. The final/party was one of the year’s most excellent events and ranked highly on the BarLifeUK hangover-o-meter.
The competition is back for 2017, with the same format – Simply create a signature Chairman’s Reserve Mai Tai serve, then promote it in your bar and on social media.
Four teams fielding the best entries will be invited to compete in the UK final, during which they will create their own pop-up bar and smash out drinks to the trade and consumers alike. The winning bar bags a once-in-a-lifetime trip to St. Lucia.
Due to the success of last year’s competition, the contest has been expanded to include the USA, France, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, and Greece. Winners from these countries will join the UK’s representatives on the prize trip. This has the obvious benefit of providing the UK winners with sexy foreigners to look at while lounging on white sand beaches, as opposed to Matthew Dakers in his Speedos.
